Responsibilities

• Lead Executive Support Operations and Escalation Management by managing a team of technology professionals.
• Own Executive Technology Experiences for Board meetings and executive events.
• Drive Executive Collaboration, Mobility, and Endpoint Services with strategic overviews and readiness.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with executives, admins, internal tech teams, vendors, and providers.
• Develop and execute technology strategy for Executive Support with vendor management and roadmaps.
• Participate in after-hours support for executive events and critical operations.
