Job Summary

Responsible for the strategic direction of a technology domain, services, or process within a broader strategy of a Business Unit (BU) customer or technology functional area. Promotes and applies Technology processes and solutions to meet the needs and align with the strategies of that BU customer or technology functional area. Responsible for directly managing and developing technology staff, building and sustaining collaborative relationships with operating companies, BUs, and technology teams. Lead the teams to complete projects and/or services and perform all technology work activities via efficient processes and effective use of resources. Responsibilities include decision making, risk assessment, task prioritization/assignment/tracking, project assignment, employee development, performance feedback, motivation, team building, communication, planning, resource allocation, cost control, problem/issue/conflict resolution, customer service, and client relations. Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plans; receives guidance and oversight from senior manager.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead Executive Support Operations and Escalation Management by managing a team of technology professionals, serving as the primary escalation point for executive technology issues, overseeing incident response, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance executive service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Own Executive Technology Experiences by providing strategic oversight and operational readiness for Board meetings, executive leadership events, and other high-profile executive events, ensuring seamless technology delivery and execution.
  • Drive Executive Collaboration, Mobility, and Endpoint Services by establishing support strategies, lifecycle management programs, service standards, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance executive productivity, technology reliability, and user satisfaction.
  • Build and Maintain Strategic Relationships with executives, executive administrators, internal technology teams, vendors, and external service providers to ensure alignment, accountability, proactive communication, and successful delivery of executive-facing technology services.
  • Develop and Execute Technology Strategy for Executive Support team by managing appropriate vendor relationships, operational metrics, technology roadmaps, and service improvement initiatives that support evolving executive and Board technology needs.
  • Participate in after-hours support activities, including evening and weekend work, as needed to support executive events and critical business operations.
  • Travel up to 25% to support executive leadership, Board activities, and strategic business initiatives.
  • Ensure continuous operational readiness for high-visibility meetings and events.
  • Monitor service performance and identify opportunities to improve executive technology support processes and customer satisfaction.

Compensation Data

Compensation Grade: SP20-010

Compensation Range: $136,539.00 - $177,503.00

Physical Demand Level

The Physical Demand Level for this job is: S – Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (Occasionally: activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently. (Frequently: activity or condition exists from 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
