Job summary

Vylor in Johnston, IA is seeking an IT Engineering Lead for North America to set the vision for IT solutions across a portfolio of products, platforms, and services, and to optimize regional IT operations, including field services and site management.

The ideal candidate blends strategic planning with operational excellence, thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, and has proven experience hiring and developing talent, managing budgets, and delivering high-quality IT services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
Strong leadership experience managing IT operations and field services.
Experience with IT infrastructure, networks, servers and security best practices.
Knowledge of ITIL, PMI/PMO practices and vendor management.

Responsibilities

Oversee IT operations and field services across regional sites to ensure consistent delivery.
Lead and coach regional IT teams, including scheduling and staffing.
Define SLAs, monitor performance, and ensure incident resolution meets targets.
Coordinate site IT upgrades, deployments, and hardware/software lifecycle.
Develop regional IT strategy, manage budgets, and optimize resources.
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Report regional IT performance to leadership and stakeholders.
