Job Overview

The Executive Technology Support Manager delivers executive technology support and provides highly personalized, white-glove support for executives, board members, and key stakeholders across office, travel, home, and hybrid environments.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provides dedicated IT support for the highest level of executive management, including prioritized resolution of hardware, software, connectivity, mobile device, conferencing, and collaboration technology issues with professionalism, urgency, and discretion.
  • Supports all senior leadership events by preparing technology in advance, coordinating setup, troubleshooting in real time, and completing follow-up for conferencing, presentation, collaboration, network, and A/V needs.
  • Conduct ongoing research into emerging technologies, maintain a current and relevant level of subject‑matter expertise, and provide clear guidance and coaching to company executives regarding the appropriate and effective use of such technologies.
  • Travels as needed to support executive leadership, senior leadership events, critical business meetings, production locations, and other Company priorities.
  • Assists Coca-Cola Consolidated personnel in person, telephonically, and electronically through entering and resolving technology incidents regarding IT hardware, software, networks, and processes. Perform, research, resolve, and respond to highly complex questions in accordance with current standards, support all field and production team functions.
  • Provide timely and reliable technical support for a wide range of software/hardware including Microsoft, Apple, Lexmark, Lenovo, HP, Wi Fi, cellular devices, Kronos, network, and A/V systems.
  • Provides hardware and software support for production and automated systems. This includes supporting third‑party vendors in the installation, repair and modifications of IT equipment used to manufacture products. Includes assisting with evaluation of new systems and services in the plants and branch locations.
  • Provides personal productivity hardware and software support to teammates including repair, installation, upgrades, vendor partnership, etc. Software support can include installation, problem investigation, resolution, configuration changes, etc. while ensuring compliance with security policies.
  • Responsible for IT assets assigned to their territory including issuing, inventory, deployment, and maintenance. This includes life cycle planning and refresh of equipment and software.
  • Observes problem trends to report on frequent issues. Document learnings and solutions in order to assist teammates with timely and consistent resolutions to frequently asked questions, intermittent system issues, full facility impact issues, etc. in order to improve the team's ability to respond quickly to needs.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft productivity tools (Office365, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams).
  • Prior experience setting up, installing, cabling, and maintaining personal productivity, manufacturing IT and local area networking equipment.
  • Ability to juggle multiple high priority matters and to be adaptable in dealing with change in a pro-active and positive manner.
  • A highly motivated individual with drive for results, a strong attention to detail, and customer service‑oriented attitude.
  • Demonstrates strong personal character and sound judgment when handling confidential, private, or sensitive information.
  • Abides by non‑disclosure agreement requirements and maintains strict confidentiality due to potential exposure to sensitive business, leadership, financial, operational, personnel, and strategic information.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (4 years)
  • Relevant work experience of 5 to up to 7 years
  • Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4+ years of IT and/or experience including supporting hardware and software
  • Ability and willingness to travel as business needs require.
Work Environment
  • In corporate officete - 5 day in-office requirement
