Job summary

Tier4 Group is seeking an experienced Executive Sourcer, Technology, to partner with executive recruiters and hiring leaders in building sourcing strategies for technology leadership roles in the United States.

You will map markets, analyze competitors, and cultivate relationships with senior technology leaders, including VP-level talent. Expect to drive diverse pipelines and provide market insights to guide hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of executive sourcing or talent acquisition experience.
• Proven success sourcing senior technology leaders, including VP-level.
• Expertise in talent mapping, competitive intelligence, organizational research, and market analysis.
• Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, ATS platforms, and CRM tools.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for executive technology searches.
• Conduct talent mapping, market intelligence, organizational research, and competitor analysis.
• Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with VP-level and senior technology leaders.
• Build and maintain diverse executive talent pipelines.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to calibrate target profiles and refine search strategies.
• Provide candidate insights, market intelligence, and research findings to support hiring decisions.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, outreach, and candidate activity records within recruiting systems.
• Track sourcing metrics and adjust strategies to meet search objectives.
