Job summary

System One seeks a Technology Communications Lead to craft executive-level messaging for enterprise technology and cybersecurity initiatives. You will translate complex updates into concise, business-focused communications for senior executives and develop polished presentations and dashboards.

You will collaborate with cybersecurity, cloud, operations, and program teams to ensure clear, impactful storytelling and consistent reporting across governance forums and steering committees.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of executive communications experience for technology or transformation programs.
• Strong business writing, editing, storytelling, and information synthesis.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills for executive presentations and leadership materials.
• Proficiency in data visualization for dashboards and timelines.
• Ability to translate complex topics for senior leaders and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with AWS/cloud concepts and enterprise technology programs.
• Experience in regulated industries and governance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive ready presentations, briefings, reports, talking points, and other communications for AI, cybersecurity, and technology initiatives.
• Translate technical updates, risks, dependencies, milestones, and program outcomes into clear messaging for executives.
• Create polished PowerPoint presentations, executive dashboards, process flows, timelines, and graphics.
• Support executive governance meetings, steering committees, and recurring reporting cycles.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, cloud, technology, operations, and program teams to gather messages and insights.
• Develop narratives and frameworks that improve consistency of executive reporting.
• Provide communications support for technology initiatives in AWS-heavy environments.
• Manage multiple deliverables and meet tight deadlines.
