As a Team Assistant supporting dynamic teams within this group, you will gain exposure across a wide variety of business activities while showcasing your positive, confident, and proactive approach, and exceptional time management skills.

What role will you play?
In this role, you will be responsible for calendar management, expense and invoice processing, travel coordination (both domestic and international), Concur utilization, organizing team events, attending meetings, taking minutes, supporting onboarding, transfers, and leavers, organizing team equipment, and advising and training staff on systems and procedures. You’ll perform discreet tasks as requested by the Head of Corporate Strategy and Head of Corporate Affairs, and serve as a point of contact for these divisions and staff in the Americas region. You will also support media and social media monitoring and work on various ad-hoc projects.
Salary range: $85,000-100,000/year. Actual salary may vary based on experience, performance, location, and other factors. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, health savings accounts, life insurance, disability, paid time off, holidays, 401(k), and other perks.
