Responsibilities include triaging tasking from multiple systems, routing staff requests, and preparing training materials and daybook documents.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required.
• Active Top Secret SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• BS/BA with 18+ years or MS with 10 years; or 24 years with related experience.

Responsibilities

• Support senior executive-led organizations at the Director level.
• Receive tasking via multiple vehicles and systems.
• Process and route staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systems.
• Coordinate actions with proper element within the customer space, across the IC and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector entities.
• Prepare training materials and written instructions (playbooks) on staff packages.
• Prepare daybook requirements and related administrative tasks.
