Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Transaction Advisory Services Director to lead multiple client engagement teams and ensure timely, high-quality financial due diligence engagements. You will support the national TAS strategy and develop client relationships while guiding risk management and practice development.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in financial services with TAS experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in US GAAP, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance is required.
• MBA is preferred.
• At least eight years of professional services experience relevant to TAS.

Responsibilities

• Direct multiple client engagement teams to ensure timely, high-quality due diligence deliverables.
• Lead buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory work and review complex issues.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
• Coach staff on due diligence, report writing, and project management.
