Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Managing Director to lead the Center of Excellence and advance the national TAS strategy. The role champions new business origination, nurtures key client relationships, and guides multiple engagement teams to deliver high-quality services across complex transactions.

The position requires executive leadership, deep TAS expertise, and the ability to manage cross-functional engagements, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of financial statement related professional services experience with TAS focus
• Experience in complex national and multinational buy/sell side transactions
• CPA preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee TAS Center of Excellence functions and standards
• Lead new business origination efforts and cross-sell across service lines
• Manage client engagement teams to ensure quality delivery
• Provide insight on deal-specific matters including earnings adjustments and working capital analysis
• Coach and mentor TAS staff in due diligence, decision making, and project management
• Travel up to 50% as needed
• Develop proposals and present to clients and management teams
