Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an Executive Talent Solutions Lead to drive VP+ assessment, coaching, and leadership development within the Executive Advantage portfolio. You will partner with HR, business leaders, and vendors to design scalable, data-driven programs that translate business priorities into practical actions for leadership teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, or related field.
6+ years of experience in talent management, leadership development, or executive coaching.
Experience supporting executive populations through assessment, coaching, and development planning.
Experience leading complex programs with multiple stakeholders, timelines, and vendors.
Experience preparing materials for senior HR or business audiences.
Experience using data to identify trends and improvements in talent programs.
Experience managing vendor deliverables and budgets.

Responsibilities

Own and continuously improve VP assessment processes, tools, and stakeholder experiences.
Manage and strengthen executive coaching across VP+ population and ensure alignment with leadership priorities.
Lead or support initiatives spanning assessment, coaching, leadership development, succession readiness, mentoring and education.
Evaluate AI-enabled capabilities to automate routine work and improve stakeholder experience.
Design and deliver executive education and development solutions with internal and external partners.
Consult HR and business stakeholders on executive assessment and related talent solutions.
Establish program governance, objectives, measures, and scalable operating routines.
Track program health, participation, quality, adoption, and outcomes with actionable insights.
Manage vendors, tools, and resources; monitor costs and service quality.
Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize executive talent practices using feedback and data.
Provide leadership across the Executive Advantage portfolio and support emerging priorities.
