Responsabilidades

• Apply experience in senior leadership and specialist searches to the agreed work.
• Clarify the approved requisition, must-have qualifications, location, and evaluation criteria.
• Source relevant professionals through appropriate research, professional networks, and permission-based outreach.
• Screen experience and interest, and submit accurate candidate summaries against an actual assigned search.
• Coordinate interviews and feedback with the recruiting team and keep candidates informed. Maintain candidate consent, submission ownership, and clean pipeline records.
• Share search feedback and protect confidential employer and candidate information.
