Virtual Tech Gurus Inc is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Leader to manage end-to-end recruitment for senior sales, leadership, and executive roles in the US market from Dallas. You will develop sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and coordinate executive searches with hiring managers.

• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities.
• Lead executive search, headhunting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.
• Plan and execute recruitment campaigns, hiring events, roadshows, and talent acquisition initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and industry professionals.
• Track recruitment progress, maintain ATS records, and provide regular hiring reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Meet hiring targets and deliver recruitment requirements within agreed timelines.
