• Expertise in supporting Executive level stakeholders and solving complex recruiting challenges with creativity and innovation.
• Demonstrated success in hiring senior and niche technical talent in competitive markets.
• A data-driven approach with the ability to analyze metrics, surface insights, and inform strategy.
• A startup mentality and open to thinking outside of the box.

• Deliver market intelligence and compensation benchmarking to guide leadership succession and strategy.
• Advise executive hiring committees with evaluation frameworks and rubrics.
• Deliver a bespoke candidate experience that reflects Roblox's vision and culture.
• Maintain confidential pipelines and status reporting for leadership stakeholders.
• Leverage analytics to diagnose bottlenecks and inform search strategy.
• Serve as a strategic talent advisor to C-suite and executive leaders.
