Job summary

Roblox is seeking a Sr. Director, Executive Search to design, scale, and lead our executive search function. You will partner directly with C-suite executives and senior leadership to identify, engage, and hire top-tier executive talent.

You will combine high-touch candidate engagement, data-driven sourcing strategies, and expert negotiation to drive critical leadership hires across the organization, while leading a small team and advising on succession planning.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading executive searches (Director level and above).
• 15+ years of total recruiting experience.
• Excellent with Executive Operations and high-stakes negotiations.
• Ability to navigate executive team dynamics and advise on talent strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the full executive recruitment lifecycle from intake to closing.
• Lead a small team of executive recruiters and mentor them.
• Partner with the CEO and C-suite to shape succession planning and talent strategy.
• Develop market maps and data-driven sourcing to secure elite passive candidates.
