Responsibilities

• Design and scale a world-class executive search function, including coaching a small team and succession planning.
• Own end-to-end executive recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer/closing with high-touch experience.
• Remain hands-on for high-priority searches, driving candidate generation, engagement and closing.
