Job summary

Roblox is seeking a Sr. Director, Executive Search to design, scale, and lead our executive search function. You will partner directly with C-suite executives to identify, engage, and hire top-tier talent across technology and leadership roles.

You will manage a small team, drive end-to-end recruitment, market mapping, and negotiation, while upholding confidentiality and delivering high-impact leadership hires for Roblox.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading executive searches (Director level and above) and 15+ years of total recruiting experience.
• Proven track record recruiting executive talent in highly technical or rapidly scaling environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to influence and present to C-level executives.
• Expertise in negotiating complex executive compensation packages and closing candidates.
• Ability to provide real-time competitive intelligence, benchmarking, and market signals to guide leadership decisions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale a world-class executive search function, including coaching a small team.
• Own and drive the entire executive recruitment lifecycle, from intake strategy to closing.
• Remain actively involved in full-cycle execution for high-priority searches.
