Roblox is seeking a Technical Sourcer to help build and scale recruiting for Engineering, Machine Learning, AI, and Research roles at our San Mateo headquarters. You’ll own full-cycle processes, partner with leaders, and shape hiring strategies in a fast-paced tech environment.

You have 10+ years of technical recruiting experience, a data-driven mindset, and a proven track record of hiring researchers and ML engineers in competitive markets. Equity and strong benefits are offered.

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting in technical domains like AI/ML or Data Science.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines with quality outcomes.
• Successful hiring of research scientists, ML engineers, and data leaders in competitive markets.
• Influence stakeholders and solve recruiting challenges with creativity.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System to maintain pipelines.
• Data-driven approach to analyze metrics and inform strategy.
• Startup mentality and flexibility in sourcing and full-cycle recruiting.

Responsabilidades

• Drive hiring for critical technical roles across Engineering, Machine Learning, AI, Research.
• Proactively source and engage top talent through Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, GitHub, arXiv, Google Scholar, and AI/ML communities.
• Influence and improve processes to work smarter, faster, and at scale.
• Partner with engineering and data leaders to define role scopes and hiring strategy across emerging domains like generative AI, LLMs, computer vision, and infrastructure automation.
• Share talent market insights with hiring managers to guide decisions on leveling, compensation, and candidate profiles.
• Mentor and coach hiring managers and interviewers, raising the bar on calibration, evaluation, and selection practices.
• Champion a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects our values and culture at every stage of the process.
• Ensure operational excellence with clean pipelines, accurate data, and strong ATS hygiene.
• Use data and insights to diagnose bottlenecks, measure impact, and tell compelling stories to stakeholders.
• Act as a strategic thought partner to technical leadership — bringing structured insights on global AI/ML talent dynamics and shaping long-term hiring strategies.
