Roblox is seeking an Executive Talent Business Partner to join our Executive Recruiting team. This high-visibility role combines stakeholder engagement with thorough sourcing to scale and influence our recruiting landscape.

You will lead end-to-end executive search for VP and Director roles in AI/ML, map passive landscapes, and provide data-informed market insights to guide leadership strategy. This office-based role collaborates closely with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting focused on engineering and technical roles.
• Experience supporting executive stakeholders with strategic hiring challenges.
• Proven success hiring senior, niche technical talent in competitive markets.
• Strong data analytics to surface insights and guide strategy.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end executive search for VP, Director, and high-impact roles across AI/ML.
• Map passive landscapes and engage leadership talent through AI-driven sourcing.
• Optimize recruitment operations to accelerate time-to-hire for executives.
• Provide market intelligence and compensation benchmarking to C-suite stakeholders.
• Advise hiring committees with evaluation rubrics and consensus-building.
