Job summary

Citi is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a team supporting Citigold and Mortgage businesses. You will own end-to-end recruitment strategy for two high-priority lines, partnering with senior leaders to attract top talent and scale Citi's wealth and mortgage capabilities.

You will manage a TA team, design strategies for immediate and future hiring needs, and collaborate with HR partners across regions, including international relocation considerations.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of talent acquisition experience with full-cycle recruiting and senior-level hiring.
• Experience managing or supervising a team of recruiting professionals.
• Ability to identify, assess, and engage high-caliber candidates across functions and levels.
• Knowledge of compensation principles and how they apply to offer management and negotiations.
• Clear and concise communicator with confidence to engage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of TA professionals across Citigold and Mortgage portfolios.
• Design and execute targeted recruiting strategies for current and future needs.
• Serve as primary contact for senior leaders and HR partners to fill key senior roles.
• Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline through social and professional networks.
• Manage cross-regional candidate engagement and mobility across geographies.
• Partner with internal teams to support internal mobility and structured candidate slating.
• Handle sensitive hiring matters with discretion and sound judgement.
