Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking an Executive Talent Acquisition Partner to lead Director and Senior Director searches across the US, Europe and LATAM, building expertise in executive search strategy, market mapping and passive candidate engagement.

You will partner with senior leaders and ExGTA teams to deliver leadership appointments, while developing two to three core functional talent markets, including succession planning and talent intelligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years of recruitment experience combining sourcing, delivery and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting at Director level, in-house or via search firms.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment fundamentals and offer delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Director and Senior Director appointments.
• Develop relationships with senior stakeholders and act as trusted talent partner.
• Translate business needs into search strategies and candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute creative search strategies using direct sourcing and external firms.
• Build market maps and talent pipelines for current and future leadership needs.
• Deliver an excellent recruitment experience with interviews, debriefs and onboarding support.
• Partner with Total Rewards on compensation and offers.
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing and selection approaches.
