Job summary

Reynolds Consumer Products is seeking an Executive Talent Acquisition Partner to identify and secure senior leadership across the enterprise. You will act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, shaping leadership pipelines and driving high-level hiring outcomes.

This role reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition and focuses on Senior Director to C-suite searches, market intelligence, and strategic hiring partnerships that influence business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience.
• Significant experience recruiting senior leadership and executive-level talent.
• Proven success leading searches for Senior Director, Vice President, and C-suite leadership positions.
• Experience partnering directly with executive stakeholders.
• Expertise in direct sourcing, executive talent mapping, and pipeline development.
• Experience conducting sophisticated executive assessments and interviews.
• Strong understanding of executive compensation structures and offer negotiations.
• Exceptional consultation, communication, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Executive Searches: serve as the lead recruiter for senior director and executive-level hiring across Reynolds Consumer Products.
• Act as a Trusted Talent Advisor: partner with executive leaders to translate priorities into talent strategies.
• Provide Executive Talent Market Intelligence: conduct talent mapping and market intelligence projects.
• Assess and Select Exceptional Leadership Talent: conduct executive interviews and assessments.
• Drive Executive Offer and Closing Strategies: collaborate on compensation and negotiations.
• Build Leadership Pipelines for the Future: develop long-term executive talent communities and networks.
• Optimize Executive Search Investments: evaluate internal vs external search options and manage partner relationships.
