Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage alternative recruiting sources.
• Develop and engage sourcing producing qualified candidates.
• Screen active and passive diverse applicant pool for a broad range of positions.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to identify and hire staff.
• Writes and posts job advertisements.
• Manage the employee referral program.
• Administer reports on employment activity.
• Work within the ATS to maintain compliance.
• Draft offer letters and collect closing information from candidates.
• Provide hiring managers feedback and coaching on offers.
• Negotiate salaries with candidates.
• Coordinate all office interviews.
• Maintain campus relations.
