Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 7+ years of professional recruiting experience.
• 5+ years recruiting executive-level positions.
• 3+ years acting as lead recruiter.
• 5+ years recruiting passive candidates.
• 5+ years experience with ATS.
• 3+ years advanced sourcing and data mining techniques.
• Experience developing and negotiating job offers.
• Knowledge of federal and California employment laws as applied to recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for executive positions across Prime Healthcare's system.
• Source and screen candidates, exercise judgement to match roles, and coordinate interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, facility HR staff, and senior leadership to align recruiting with organizational needs.
• Decide whether a candidate advances in the hiring process and ensure compliant practices.
