You will collaborate with senior leaders to define requirements, manage a robust pipeline, and drive a culture of innovation in sourcing and assessment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in executive search or senior talent acquisition.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience placing C-suite in complex, fast-paced organizations.
• Experience leveraging recruiting technologies such as LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, Eightfold, and Beamery.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end executive search strategy for C-suite and senior leadership roles.
• Define role requirements, success profiles, and cultural fit with senior leadership.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of executive recruiters.
• Utilize data analytics dashboards to refine sourcing and improve outcomes.
• Partner with CPO and SVP HR to align talent strategy with business goals.
