Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience required.
• 7+ years in executive research, talent intelligence, executive recruiting, or talent acquisition management.
• 9+ years advising and influencing executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Insights & Research to inform executive recruiting.
• Define and launch emerging TA technologies (AI tools, Workday, Canvas).
• Translate data and market intelligence into actionable strategies for executives.
• Partner with VP+ leadership and cross-functional teams across the organization.
