Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience supporting recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
• Experience with full lifecycle recruitment for SWE, DevSecOps, AI, Robotics, or Quantum.
• Experience using Workday for talent pipelining, Boolean search, and social recruiting.
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and leaders.
• Bachelor's degree required.
