New York Life Insurance Co is seeking an experienced Service Client Specialist to the Managing Partner in Pittsburgh. The role provides advanced administrative and operational support to the Managing Partner and leadership team, with cross-functional coordination and business initiatives.

The position is fully onsite, Monday–Friday, with a competitive base salary and discretionary bonus eligibility. Candidates should have 5+ years of relevant experience and FINRA pre-hire requirements may apply.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of executive support or operations coordination experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience supporting senior leaders in a corporate environment.
• Experience coordinating recruiting, onboarding, events, reporting, or business operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, travel, meetings, communications, and priorities.
• Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, recognition programs, training events, and leadership meetings.
• Prepare executive correspondence, presentations, reports, dashboards, and materials for planning decisions.
• Support initiatives by tracking milestones, monitoring deliverables, and refining processes.
• Serve as a trusted resource for administrative and operational processes.
