Qualifications

• 5+ years of executive support, operations, or related experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with sound judgment and minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with confidentiality and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, travel, meetings, communications, and priorities.
• Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, recognition programs, and leadership meetings.
