Job Summary

You will help deliver a world-class experience for the Wells Fargo senior leadership team. This role provides reception support for the Wells Fargo executive floor and comprehensive support to ensure a quality workplace experience. It requires strong customer experience skills, diligence, a sense of urgency, and the ability to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Staff reception desk
  • Facilities support, floor administration, systems access, including onboarding and offboarding of team members
  • Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
  • Serving as primary contact for workplace needs of Executives
  • Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
  • Managing and booking reservations through Outlook, modifying as needed
  • Room setup and configuration
  • Technical support for AV equipment (laptop hookup, digital display, conference phone)
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with partners and vendors

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 2+ years of Administrative Support, Business Operations, or equivalent experience
