Job Summary

You will be responsible for helping to deliver a world-class experience for the Wells Fargo senior leadership team. This role provides reception support for the Wells Fargo executive floor and comprehensive support to ensure a quality workplace experience. The role requires strong customer experience skills, diligence, a sense of urgency, and the ability to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  1. Staff reception desk
  2. Facilities support, floor administration, systems access, including onboarding and offboarding of team members
  3. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
  4. Serve as primary contact for workplace needs of Executives
  5. Deliver outstanding customer service consistently
  6. Manage reservations through Outlook, modify as needed
  7. Ensure correct room setups and configurations
  8. Provide technical support for in-room AV equipment
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with partners and vendors
Required Qualifications, US:
  • 2+ years of Administrative Support, Business Operations, or equivalent experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting senior leaders/executives
  • Decision-making skills, professionalism, organizational skills, customer service skills, teamwork, Microsoft Office proficiency, communication skills, ability to handle ambiguity
