Job description

We are seeking a motivated and well-connected VIP Growth Host to join our team!

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced host or casino relationship manager with a strong ability to manage and foster relationships in a fast-paced, fully digital environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing a network of loyal players, with a focus on cultivating long-term engagement and value within sweepstakes-compliant states.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-value players through consistent communication
  • Actively pursue new Loyalty Program players
  • Recruit new mid and high-level players through various marketing activities such as direct mailers, telemarketing, referrals, and off-site functions
  • Attract, develop, and maintain relationships with segmented players through the delivery of personalized service
  • Help shape and scale our VIP strategy and player development culture
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in player development, land-based casino host, and/or high-touch customer experience (real-money online or land-based gaming preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage high-value players located in sweepstakes-compliant states
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Growth mindset and excitement for curating new player relationships in a digital environment
  • Comfortable working remotely and in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel locally once a month for in-person events
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally once or twice a year
  • Valid passport and Real ID
Preferred
  • Experience working with a mobile-first gaming product or sweepstakes platform
  • Knowledge of sweepstakes compliance and digital player acquisition tactics
  • Land-based host experience
