Job summary

ANSER in Arlington, VA is seeking a Senior Executive Support Analyst (BOND support) to provide onboarding and admin support to the Office of the Secretary of War, DA&M, and to advance key DoW initiatives.

Day-to-day duties include onboarding/offboarding of civilian and military personnel, scheduling and calendar management, document prep, records management, security paperwork, CAC/NIPR requests, DTS travel, and SharePoint updates.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
• Master’s degree with 12+ years of professional experience; or a bachelor’s degree with 17+ years; or 19+ years in lieu of a degree.
• 4+ years of experience developing professional and analytic deliverables and providing insights in support of DoW activities.
• 4+ years of experience supporting onboarding and offboarding of civilian, senior civilian, and military personnel, including CAC and NIPR account requests and security documentation.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and integration activities for DoW personnel, ensuring steps and documentation are completed on time.
• Administrative support to office leadership, including scheduling, calendar management, and routine correspondence.
• Document preparation, data entry, records management, and materials review for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate personnel actions, security paperwork, CAC/NIPR requests, onboarding and offboarding checklists, and ethics documentation.
• Travel coordination in DTS, monitoring changes and preparing required information.
• Office operations support: supplies, IT tickets, equipment tracking, mail handling, and SharePoint updates.
• Maintain records per DoW and federal policies.
