Hourglass Cosmetics is seeking an Associate Chief of Staff in a hybrid role to partner with the CEO, drive cross-functional priorities, and translate strategy into actionable roadmaps. You will manage executive communications, prepare decision memos, and deliver CEO-ready narratives with data-driven insights.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in finance/strategy or consulting, strong analytical skills, and experience building KPI frameworks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of high-caliber experience in finance, strategy, consulting, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field required
• Strong financial literacy and analytical skills; ability to build models, KPI frameworks, and executive-ready narratives from complex data sets; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required
• Strategic Thinking: translate high-level executive vision into actionable, day-to-day priorities
• Stakeholder Management: navigate complex interpersonal dynamics and balance competing agendas
• Agility & Discretion: toggle between strategic planning and operational execution with confidentiality
• Advanced capabilities in project management and stakeholder communication; background in IB/consulting/PE a plus
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; experience preparing executive-level presentations and reports
• MBA preferred; equivalents in investment banking, consulting, or private equity considered

Responsibilities

• Represent the CEO across the organization to prioritize projects, build processes, manage timelines, and execute strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with the CEO on Unilever reporting and communications, planning, and resource allocation
• Attend cross-functional meetings to gather and synthesize information for CEO’s projects
• Serve as liaison between CEO and internal stakeholders for alignment and communication
• Identify operational gaps and build scalable processes to support growth
• Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-up actions for executive meetings
• Develop and deliver executive presentations and Unilever reporting decks
• Analyze retailer and customer performance data to provide CEO-ready insights
• Manage relationships with market GMs and regional leads to align priorities
• Translate annual/quarterly priorities into OKRs and scorecards; monitor risks
• Champion AI adoption with cross-functional use cases and business impact
