The role requires strong analytical and project management skills, with 7+ years in strategy/operations and a track record of cross-functional influence in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline and 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop materials for board meetings and strategic management discussions.
• Provide regular performance reports to senior management to guide decision-making.
• Establish measurement frameworks and scorecards aligned to strategic priorities.
