Job summary

Ledgy is seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO and founder, serving as a strategic thought partner and execution engine. You’ll shape priorities, structure ambiguous briefs, and drive high-impact projects from start to finish across strategy, GTM, product, operations, and corporate development.

In this role you’ll act as a force multiplier for the CEO, coordinating across finance, ops, and AI initiatives, while building clear narratives for boards, investors, and the leadership

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or high-growth tech roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication for CEO-grade narratives, boards, and investor materials.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver high-impact strategic projects end-to-end from scoping through execution to handoff.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives between Product, GTM, and Operations for alignment and execution.
• Prepare for Board meetings, investor updates, and company all-hands with clear narratives.
• Support annual and quarterly planning cycles and conduct recurring business reviews.
• Lead international expansion, including establishing new entities and local teams.
• Serve as a sparring partner on strategic decisions and shadow the CEO to build context.
• Drive GTM bets, pricing strategy, and market initiatives with Ops and RevOps.
• Support fundraising efforts and investor engagement; assist due diligence for M&A.
