Qualifications

• Senior executive support experience, preferably with a CEO or founder.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into structured plans.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to relocate to Dallas and work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Expand the CEO's bandwidth by coordinating decisions and cross-functional initiatives.
• Turn ambiguous requests into clear problem definitions, workstreams, and actions.
• Lead or coordinate CEO-sponsored initiatives from concept through execution.
• Prepare concise briefing materials and high-impact communications.
• Proactively track commitments and ensure momentum across teams.
• Provide hands-on operational support for critical meetings and travel when needed.
