Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience plus seven years' experience in project and operational leadership.
• Demonstrated experience and skills utilizing QDM principles.
• Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to create, prepare and present reports.
• Ability to effectively lead project teams, provide direction, guidance, plus mentorship, as needed.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships throughout the organization.
• Experience and ability to use Microsoft Office Software, including but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal and visual).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects and programs for executives, guiding strategy and execution.
• Provide direction to Finance leadership on overall strategy and tactical execution.
• Lead strategic process improvement projects and collaborate on new technology solutions.
• Identify strategic improvement initiatives and leverage technology to improve efficiencies and profitability.
• Design, develop and implement innovative solutions to complex situations independently and with teams.
• Act as a liaison between departments, operations, and customers, internally and externally.
• Review contracts to minimize risk and ensure compliance with policies.
• Oversee operational changes to ensure minimal disruption and successful implementation.
• Develop tools to improve performance in people, service, and profit.
• Communicate policies, procedures and budgets to field and corporate employees.
