Job summary

FedEx Freight seeks a Sr. Executive Advisor to provide strategic counsel and drive execution across technology, operations, and corporate functions.

You will partner with the SVP to shape priorities, establish cadence, and ensure alignment of enterprise initiatives. You will develop executive briefings, coordinate cross-functional projects, and lead strategic efforts to enhance organizational effectiveness and technology modernization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, technology management, organizational leadership, or related field.
• 7+ years of strategic planning, program leadership, or project management experience.
• Experience supporting executive leadership and cross-functional initiatives in complex environments.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence.
• Strong executive presence with ability to work with officers and senior stakeholders.
• Advanced project/program management capabilities including governance and risk management.
• Strong business and technology acumen translating tech concepts to business outcomes.
• Ability to drive alignment and execution across organizations without direct authority.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic counsel and execution support to Senior Executive leadership on key business, technology, and organizational priorities.
• Partner with the Senior Vice President to establish, communicate, and monitor strategic objectives and transformation initiatives.
• Establish and manage the executive operating cadence including leadership meetings, business reviews, and scorecards.
• Collect, analyze, and synthesize information to support executive decision-making with recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives spanning technology and business functions.
• Develop executive communications, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
• Lead special projects advancing organizational effectiveness and technology modernization.
• Identify risks and dependencies; drive resolution and escalation as appropriate.
