Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with seven+ years in project and operational leadership.
• Experience applying QDM principles in projects and operations.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to lead project teams, provide direction and mentorship as needed.
• Experience presenting reports to executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams and/or programs for Executive-level initiatives.
• Provide guidance to Finance leadership on strategic and tactical plans.
• Drive strategic process improvement projects and collaborate on technology solutions.
• Identify and implement initiatives to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Design and implement innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Act as liaison among departments, operations, and customers.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
