Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with seven+ years in project and operational leadership.
  • Experience applying QDM principles in projects and operations.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to lead project teams, provide direction and mentorship as needed.
  • Experience presenting reports to executives and stakeholders.

Job description

Position Overview

Routinely lead and manage teams and/or projects/programs for Executives. Provide guidance and support of projects to include the development, communication of strategy and monitoring overall execution. Plan, organize and coordinate various initiatives and provide guidance through the application of process and project management, QDM principles and analytical techniques.

Essential Functions
  • Provide expertise to Senior Executive leadership on special projects and activities aimed to improving efficiencies
  • Provide direction and oversight to Finance leadership team on overall strategy as well as tactical plans to ensure focus on execution
  • Lead strategic process improvement projects and collaborate on new technology solutions
  • Identify strategic improvement initiatives and utilize technology solutions to improve efficiencies and profitability
  • Design, develop and implement innovative solutions to complex situations independently and with teams
  • Act as a liaison between functional departments, operations, and customers, both internally and externally
  • Ensure minimal exposure to risk through review of contracts engaged from sales, procurement and other areas
  • Lead projects and initiatives related to any operational changes both long term and short term to ensure implementation occurs with minimal impact
  • Collaborate in development of tools designed to improve performance in all areas of people, service, and profit
  • Act as point of contact for field and corporate employees regarding operational policy, procedures, processes, and budgets
  • Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
  • Perform other duties as required

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience plus seven (7) years’ experience in project and operational leadership, which includes experience evaluating, planning and implementing operational changes and/or improvements

  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal and visual)
Working Conditions
  • Must be able to travel as needed
Preferred Skills/ Knowledge
  • Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale business capabilities, operating models, and technology solutions across complex organizations. 2)Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to understand upstream and downstream impacts across the end-to-end revenue lifecycle, including pricing, customer onboarding, rating, invoicing, payments, collections, and revenue governance. 3)Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, business process architecture, system integration strategies, and technology roadmaps. Experience working with APIs, EDI, web services, system integrations, data exchanges, and related technologies to enable scalable business solutions.
