Job summary

FedEx Freight, Inc. is seeking a Senior Executive Advisor to drive alignment and execution across Technology, Operations, Commercial, and Corporate functions. You will partner with the SVP and Technology Chief of Staff to advance enterprise priorities and lead critical initiatives.

The role requires strategic thinking, executive communication, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams in a fast-paced, highly visible environment.

Qualifications

• Provide strategic counsel and execution support to senior executive leadership.
• Experience supporting executive leadership in cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to drive alignment and execution without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic counsel and execution support to Senior Executive leadership on key business, technology, and organizational priorities.
• Partner with the Senior Vice President to establish, communicate, and monitor strategic objectives and outcomes.
• Establish and manage the executive operating cadence: leadership meetings, reviews, planning, and scorecards.
• Synthesize information to support executive decision-making incl. trade-offs and briefings.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple technology and business functions.
• Facilitate alignment between Technology and business stakeholders on priorities and risks.
• Represent the Senior VP in meetings and governance forums as required.
• Develop executive communications, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
• Lead special projects to advance organizational effectiveness and modernization.
• Identify risks and interdependencies; drive escalation and resolution.
