You will analyze data, craft governance metrics, and present status to senior leadership. The role requires strong communication, mentoring of team members, and a relentless focus on process improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient with MS Office; MS Project and Visio preferred.
• Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Wrike).
• Strong data analysis to support decisions and identify improvements.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional projects from initiation through completion while managing scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project management processes, tools, and documentation to support successful project execution.
• Enhance project governance by developing metrics, reporting, and performance measures.
• Communicate project expectations, progress, risks, and recommendations to teams, leadership, and stakeholders.
• Analyze project data and KPIs to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership on project status, risks, outcomes, and recommendations.
• Mentor project team members and promote collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate retrospectives and drive process improvements in delivery and operations.
