Job summary

Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort is seeking an Assistant Executive Steward to support stewarding operations across the property. You will help manage inventory, monitor sanitation, maintain equipment and contribute to cost control while coaching the team and upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory control for china, glassware, linen and silver.
• Monitor sanitation standards and ensure health/safety compliance.
• Oversee maintenance of food service equipment and facilities.
• Assist with cost management and identify saving opportunities.
• Support day-to-day team oversight, scheduling, coaching and evaluations.
• Uphold health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regs.
