Job summary

Hilton is seeking an Assistant Stewarding Manager to oversee stewarding operations across the property and help deliver hospitality that elevates guest experiences. You will lead inventory, maintenance, and regulatory compliance while supporting cost management and team development.

You’ll help uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards, coaching the team to deliver consistent excellence in service and operational efficiency across all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory control of china, glassware, linen, and silver, ensuring availability for all operations.
• Monitor sanitation standards and health and safety regulations to maintain compliant operations.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure functionality of food service equipment.
• Assist with cost management by tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Support team performance, scheduling, coaching and professional development.
• Uphold regulatory standards for health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness.
