Job summary

Bonita National Golf & Country Club in Bonita Springs, FL, is seeking a Full-Time Executive Sous Chef to lead daily culinary operations across dining venues, banquets, and events. This hands-on leadership role partners with the Executive Chef to maintain quality, sanitation, and kitchen efficiency.

As part of Troon, you will manage the culinary team, train associates, control costs, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while maintaining brand standards and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree (AA) or two years' experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to lead calmly during busy service periods and communicate across departments.
• Strong organizational, time management and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily culinary operations across the Club’s dining venues, banquets, and events.
• Direct ordering amounts, inventory levels, timing of orders, receiving, and equipment maintenance.
• Assist Executive Chef with recipes, menu cards, descriptions, and menu costs.
• Train and develop kitchen staff; schedule and discipline when needed.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation; maintain high quality standards.
• Collaborate with Troon Privé management and club leadership to ensure brand standards.
• Maintain a visible presence during peak business periods and events.
