Rocket Farm Restaurants is seeking an Executive Sous Chef for Little Rey, our vibrant, ultra-casual concept inspired by Northern Mexican cuisine. You will oversee daily kitchen operations, production, prep, and events; lead a cohesive team; and ensure all dishes meet the highest standards while managing the culinary budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of culinary progression, including Sous Chef experience, and can thrive under pressure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive culinary experience preferred, two of which in a Sous Chef capacity.
• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations including production, prep, stewarding, and events.
• Ability to lead a cohesive team while managing budget and labor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations across production, prep and stewarding.
• Lead culinary staff to execute high standards for all menu items.
• Manage private parties and special events setting with efficiency and consistency.
• Monitor labor, scheduling and overtime to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction.
