Qualifications

• 2+ years as an Executive Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a full-service restaurant.
• Culinary Arts degree preferred; exceptional experience will also be considered.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative, team-first leadership with a respectful, equitable workplace.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• US work authorization required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Chef in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring consistent quality, presentation, and efficiency across all service periods.
• Lead, develop, and motivate the kitchen team, building strong working relationships at all levels.
• Manage daily prep, production, and service execution in line with established standards.
• Assist with menu development, costing, and inventory management.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance kitchen environment.
• Maintain flexible availability to support business needs, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
