Qualifications

• 3+ years of culinary leadership in a high-volume upscale restaurant.
• Executive Sous Chef or senior Sous Chef experience preferred.
• Strong culinary technique and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and develop a large culinary team.
• Understanding of food cost, labor management, and kitchen operations.
• Hands-on, team-first leadership style.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily back-of-house operations.
• Lead service execution during peak volume.
• Partner with the Executive Chef on menu execution and kitchen systems.
• Train and mentor Sous Chefs and line cooks.
• Drive consistency in food quality, plating, and sanitation.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, scheduling and costs.
• Monitor labor and operational controls.
