Job summary

Sodexo, a leader in food service and facilities management, is seeking an Executive Sous Chef for The Chase Center on the Riverfront in Wilmington, DE. You will lead a hands-on culinary operation for high-volume events, guiding menu planning, program execution, and staff development.

You will work with internal partners and clients to translate concepts into exceptional dining experiences for banquets, conventions, weddings, and hospitality services, while upholding safety standards and driving

Qualifications

• Experience as a sous chef or similar in a high-volume kitchen.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Related experience: 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Oversee menu planning, program execution, and staff development.
• Provide hands-on guidance within a dynamic operation.
• Direct kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food and service.
• Lead and mentor culinary team; uphold safety and sanitation standards.
